What is included in the price?
The trip cost includes free waiting time (60 minutes at airports, sea or river passenger terminals, 30 minutes at railway stations, and 15 minutes at all other locations), fuel, and road tolls. The price does not include paid parking, toll tunnel fees, or entry into restricted access zones.
What if the driver is late?
Driver punctuality is guaranteed. We monitor traffic in real time and plan routes to ensure the vehicle always arrives on time. Punctuality is our top priority.
What should I do if I haven’t received a booking confirmation email?

Yes, when filling out the booking form, please specify the number of children and their ages in the “Comment” field, so the driver can prepare the appropriate seats.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. You can cancel your booking at any time. Moreover, if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the transfer time, we will fully refund your prepayment.
Otherwise, you are required to pay the full amount for the booking.
